  1. There are 12 mixed reviews in TripAdvisor, ranging from disappointing to wonderful. On the whole it gets quite a high rating:

Couldn't find any other reviews anywhere on the web. On the whole it sounds rather interesting, as long as old things don't put you off. Some folk are only used to modern hotels and old buildings are a bit of a shock.

Our neice was maried at Castle Leslie a couple of years ago. It cost a  fortune, but you could see where the ancient building needed some maintenance. We stayed in the old Governess's quarters and there was peeling paint and some damp stains on the ceiling, but it didn't spoil our stay.

I assume that you've checked the place out and discussed with the manager how they will host the wedding and dance afterwards.

    Good Luck!
