Hoptpoint fridge freeezing food.

Sorry about this ongoing saga...

The coil at the back is quite hot to the touch at the top..but ok further down. The condenser seems to be running all the time. I still caonnot find an access point for the thermistor.
We moved the fridge further from the wall for airflow. No change.
