Horizantal lines on half top of tv???

Question

i was watchin tv when the tv just flashed and these horizantal lines came up on the top half of the screen and the bottom half is perfictly fine like the pic is all color and i can see the bottom half of the show please help me im desperate with out a tv in my life HELPPPPP!!!!!!????

These can be caused by a fault on Vertical Def circuits, have the Vert Out IC

resoldered and replace if necessary. Add the capacitor near to it if you need

to replace. Follow the green and yellow wire from the yoke , and you'll never

miss it. Mounted on an aluminum or metal heatsink.
