Horizontal lines in my photos.

Question

Horizontal lines in my photos. Nothing on lense: the photo looks fine on the LCD until I look at the history. When I put them on the computer to view-the lines are still there. I have a bran new Kodak Z series easy share camera (2 weeks) has not been dropped or water damaged: all of a sudden the lines appeared (with in one photo- and maybe one minute between the two) I must have set something wrong but the web site had nothing> I took the battery out (didn't work either). A long, but unusefull e-mail from Kodak and 20 steps to take and send them the photos- I just need to talk to someone(they are not available by tech support today) Can you help?
