okay... Im turning 16 in febuary and i got a question here...My p***s without an erection is 5 cm :( but with one it's 12cm... is this a normal size??? lol don't make funn...

The normal size for a boy your age is about 17 cm. You could just be growing slower or you could just have a smaller p***s natrually. Don't get discouraged, it's how you use it not how large it is.

You're completely normal, you don't have anything to worry about.  You're much bigger than I was at your age and you seem to be on a good schedule.  Don't spend this great time of your life stressing over this.

12 cm is 4.7 inches.  According to this chart, you're on the smaller side, but within the normal curve.
