Hormones and attractiveness (multiple questions)

Question

First of all, I AM A HETEROSEXUAL MALE. What can you do to release hormones to make you more attractive? And is it physical attractiveness? And what hormones are they? Do pheromones work? How do you release them? And are female hormones attractive in a male, or is it more male hormones? Any bonus tips on miscellaneous attractiveness and hormones are appreciated! Sorry if my questions are vague, as I have no knowledge on hormones...
