Taurus and Virgo usually understand each other well...What broke it up in the first place?...Virgo does not forgive public embarrassment and hates to be teased...try something flattering but in good taste. Your age would help 'cause a thirteen year old isn't going to (and shouldn't) try what would work for a 30 year old...sending a vintage bottle of wine and a haven't seen you for a while note.
