Horoscopes are accurate?

This is my horoscope for today and to be honest I was quite scared at how accurate it was!

Aquarius (Jan 20 - Feb 18)

You just aren't satisfied with a simple answer and you are eager to dig down beneath the surface to find meaning that takes you beyond your comfort zone. But you may end up being dissatisfied if you think you already know what you're looking for. Remember, you can maintain your confident appearance today while still remaining open to what happens when you enter the realm of feelings.

But my question is; what makes horoscopes so accurate?

  1. I think that one could fit anyone.  xox

  2. I think it's a coinsidence.

Get your whole chart done. That will really shed light on some things. Remeber, all the people born during a 30 day period can't all be going through the same thing and be exactly the same. Get your whole chart done. Its based on your birth month, day, year, time and place of birth.

    You'll find it interesting.

  3. Usually there just made up.

We, readers, usually try to grasp them to an aspect of our life to get an idea into the future.

The writers actually try to put forth the idea of whats going to happen based stability of the moon and water levals etc. Others believe they have some psychic ability.

Personally i'm a disbeliever, if they were pyschic they would be winning the lottery =P

  4. It's coincidence. I have ready mine weekly for years and it is always a bunch of fluff.  Read yours tomorrow and I am guessing it isn't quite as accurate.  Interesting that a few Aquarians I know seem to be going through an emotional thing right now.  Very interesting indeed.

  5. Nah.  They're not accurate.  If you take millions of people throughout history who have similar traits and group them all by birthday, you have your horoscopes, but they are based only on the assumptions of other people over large spans of time.  Witch doctors. Star reading.  All that stuff.  It's all of the devil.  The Bible says not to dabble in astrology.

In Deut. 18:9-14, there is an admonition to the children of Israel to avoid the pagan practices of those in the promised land, and then itemizes a list of those practices. This was written in Hebrew, and at the time, there was a specific word for astrology, "ISDYMf," pronounced Kasdim. It was not on the list. We have long maintained that we are not "fortunetellers." Instead, we are interpreters of natural cycles. It is interesting that humanity respects interpretations of natural cycles relating to everything except people. We study the cycles of sun spots, seasons, locusts, everything except the effect of the cosmos on biological organisms, which are incredibly connected.
