Anyone seriously do not like your boss? How do you deal with it? Why would a company keep someone when all of the employees have made complaints and do not like that person. If its coming from several people - why don't they realize that there is a problem.. Gets me so frustrated....

  1. Remember, the most important thing in any company is money.  This is far more important than you OR your boss OR anyone else in the office.  True, they need to do their best to improve employee satisfaction, but money is the essence of business.

So if your boss is making money, especially if he is good at making alot of it, then everyone who doesn't like him can honestly shut up and quit.

Any business who decides to make their employees happy instead of making money, is just plain stupid.  Business is about money, period.

  2. I hate my boss which is my mom. d**n! If u punch her she stops

  3. Well, I think, it could always be worse - I could work at one of these places:

  4. I am ok with my boss but there are a lot of people that have problems with him. But it has more to do with his lack of working or so it seems. It's hard to tell because he's out of the office more than he's in. He has a tendency to micromanage so if someone does something on their own and he doesn't like it then it becomes this big thing. His memory is terrible so one day things could be fine and the next day, watch out. It's unpredictable. From what I hear, there is nothing we can do about it. The company is profitable. Now this manager has an ownership interest so...

You may need to move on but you'll find some degree of this most everywhere.

  5. Quite often companies keep bad bosses because the bad boss performs some function that the company can't do without or they are connected in some way.

I have had bad bosses in the past that were in a strategic position so the company would rather lose a whole bunch of people than listen to the complaints of the unfortunate workers under these tyrants.

Only thing that I found that works is to find something else if complaints are consistently ignored.

  6. Managment should review the complaints and determine if there is a real problem. Have you thought about looking for another job if you are unhappy?

  7. He might be somebody's relative.

  8. It will take some time for the management to remove the Boss. No organization will entertain such people where they have received complaints from several people. Don't get  frustrated, one day or the other such kind of people will definitely moved out of the company.

  9. I had two or three of them at one job for 18 years.  Reason I handled it was because I had Wife and five daughters to raise.

Do things logically, work hard and try to overlook the illogigal BS.

    Hang in there kiddo
