Horrible Greyhound bus experience what should i do?

On Sunday i took a greyhound bus from Ft Worth, Texas to San Antonio, texas so i could visit my cousin here....when we arrived in waco i was supposed to have an hour and a half layover and transfer to a new bus to go to san antonio when we got to waco our bus driver said any one going to austin and san antonio can go ahead and get on this bus next to us so we did and i put my laptop in the overhead compartment...the driver of this bus gets on and yells at all of us who just got on to get off now and go wait in line and she was literally rushing us and people were pushing and i ended up leaving my laptop up above me...the bus left and then i realized my comp was gone i told the guy at the desk who very rudely told me there was nothing he could do....but then he decided to call austin and they guy told him when the bus got to austin that they would look on the bus to see if the computer was on there....yep it wasnt and they didnt even try to fins it really my friend used to work for this

Contact the corporate office of Greyhound and file a grievance, they might not replace the laptop, but they might  refund your ticket or something, make sure you actually talk to someone who is high up.
