Horrible customer service from the MAGIC JACK website. HOW CAN I REPORT HER??

I was trying to speak with someone online on the Magic Jack website, and got terrible customer service!

I was speaking and the person ended the chat right in my face! And I know they could have helped me with a specific question because another employee had before, but she denied it! How do I report her??

The other person I spoke with was very helpful, but my computer froze so I didn't get to finish talking to her.

  1. Threaten to report her to the local paper with a stinging article about how bad their customer service is!!

    or go down to the bottom of the page and where it says "contact us" write them a mean letter
