Horrible flowers!?

I just bought some flowers from 1800flowers.com and they looked horrible! They looked like nothing compared to the picture they had. I am so mad!!!! I paid 70 bucks for them and it looked like flowers picked from my garden and put together by a 10 year old. It looks absolutely unprofessional. And the flowers are so different and some are missing too.

Have any of you ever bought from there and when you are dissastified...what happened? Do I request a refund or a replacement? I don't want a replacement...it'll probably be done by the same freaken place. It was delivered by a local florist. Ughhhhh I am so upset! GRRRRRRRRRRR! Do you think they can provide a refund on it? Would 1800flowers do something about it?

  1. 1800flowers.com is not a florist.   They take your order and then contact a local florist that is a member of their service.  These local florist pay fees to be members of this wire service.  Flowers on their site may not be readily available in their area.  and some florist do not take as much care with wire orders.  They think that the sender will never see them... And hopes when the sender asks the receiver about them that will just say they were lovely ( while throwing up in their mouth).  Ask for your money back.   Hope you took pics.


  2. Take a picture of the flowers you received - then send a letter to the customer service department once you find their address.

    Explain your concerns and I am sure they have a return policy that may  meet your needs.
