Horrid Dreams?

I keep having these dreams about being chased and guys attempting to rape me. I'm afraid to go outside my house because most of the dreams take place aroud my house. What does it mean and what do I do?

You must have alot on your mind .

You can go see a shrink , that would maybe make u feel better .

Its ok for you not wanting to go outside of your house becasue of that , its ok.

The odds of you being raped by someone is 1 out of 10 .

Just dont go out alone , or without supervision .

And dont think about that when your in bed , then u wont have that dream .

Just chill, relax. Try yoga and listen to calming music as you go to sleep.
