Horror Movie Help!!?

Question

Ok so theres was a Horror Movie I saw a very long time ago. It was kinda like Urban Legend, one of the scenes was a Married couple camping and doing it and then they get murdered, another part which was at the very end was about a guy meeting this girl and she cant speak and she wears this neckalace and he takes it off of her and she can then speak but then her head falls off.

In "The Locket", biker Scott is crossing the country on his motorcycle.
