Horror movie with a Wheelchair in it?

Question

Hey, what's the name of that horror film with a handicapped person in a wheelchair? I'm pretty sure it's like a slasher. And at the end it turns out the person isn't handicapped, and was using that as a disguise because (she?) was the killer all along. Or maybe it's a guy, I can't remember.

I kindof remember in the last scene, there's 3 people, and they find a 4th person's body who they thought was the killer. The 2 people rule out the (girl?) in the wheelchair, and attack eachother, thinking eachother is the killer. And then one kills the other, but (he?) has his ankle twisted or something, and the wheelchair person stands up and kills (him?).

Any idea what movie this is? It's like 'And then there were none', only with a wheelchair.

I've watched A LOT of horror movies and its sounds familiar, but i have to say that i'm not sure. It sounds like a saw movie, but i dont believe that it is.
