Well there aren't many FPS for the PS2 that match what you want.

A few games off the top of my head that may suit you though.

The Suffering (PS2/Xbox)

Resident Evil Code Veronica and 4 (PS2)

Condomned 1 and 2 (360)

FEAR (360/PC/ maybe PS3 not sure)
