what do the following feeds to for horses? What is their purpose?

-bran

-beet pulp

-oats

-grain

-sweet feed

-bute

-hay

-alfalfa

-timothy hay

Please if you know of any other concentrated feeds or anything else like these please say so

hi

bran is like an easy fatting feed

oats and grain are a high energy feed

sweet feed is more like an extra allround feed with vitimans minerals and mollassis for the coat and take

hay is just a roughage

bute i dont think is a feed i think it comes in a paste liquid or powder form as a pain killer

there are also pony pellets that have fatteners and vitimans and minerals
