Horse Height Help!? //?

Question

If someone says a horse is Approx 15.3 does that mean there 15.2/15.3 ish, 15.3, or 15.3/16.0??? Help

if someone says a horse is about 15.3, then it could be, 15.2 - 15.3

I would say 15.2 to 15.3 as most people want taller so they push toward taller.

To me approx. 15.3 means 15.2-16.0

I'd ask if the horse is on the tall or short side of 15.3

Approx mean a guess.  They havent actually measured the horse could be bigger or it could be smaller.
