Horse Owners/Riders in Australia?

Could you please help me with some questions? It is research for my uni marketing project. I have to “invent” a business and market it. =)

1. Where do you live?

2. Where do you buy your Horse gear (tack etc) and Feed?

3. What do you like/dislike about your saddler/feed supplier?

4. What would you like to see more of at your saddler/feed supplier? For example extra services like saddle fitting? What changes would you like to see?

5. Why do you keep going back to your preferred saddler/feed supplier?

1. Melbourne, Victoria.

2. Horseland, local feed supplier(sorry i cant remember what its called!)

3. They are quite close to my house, the staff are friendly/helpful. I just dont like when they run out of stock!

4. Free saddle fittings. I would like to see the horseland store extended, as its really small.

5. The people are great, the products are good too.
