Horse Raceing Bets?

Ive benn going to the track a lot lately and i was just wondering what is the cheapist way to bet and get the most out of it

that would be making triactor bets.

take the two horses you like, and reverse it on a 1 dollar triactor 1st and 2end and all. then take those two same horses  for first and second and put the 3 longshots or 3 other horses that you like for third.  take that bet for 5 to 8 dollars.

That total bet would be expensive.

Another method is, figuring out how much you need to make ,to be up enough to cover your next bet.

So, you would take the horse you like to win and bet as much as you can to cover your next bet.  Then you bet the triactor with your win bet expectation, and put one or two horses for second, and two or three horses for third. you play the horses for second as the ones you like, and the third place you pick either the same two for second and one longshot for third, or three longshots for third.

if you want to increase the shouldve done bet, then you take an exactor bet with the horse you like up top, with all the other horses you picked for your triactor, and maybe the other long shots.  You can throw in the favorites for second on the exactor bet if the horse you like is paying enough to make the bet worth while.  :)

i would say to do exacta boxes for the races. I think it keeps the race more interesting and it is pretty cheap and if you hit with the right horses it could pay out pretty well.
