I'm off to the races for my b'day this weekend (just thought I'd add that in!), and was wondering - now that the horse are up - if anyone had any hints/ tips?!

Its just for fun, we're only going to be betting a few quid!

Have a look at 'Folio' in the 4.25.Also Stan Steer's Nap (Teletext tipster) is 'Heritage Coast' in the 4.55.

I've had a fair few winners off him.

Both should be each way prices and if 16 or more run in the 4.55 you'll get paid for 4 places.
