Before horse shows, I get nervous. I get so nervous that I don't really eat. I'm not very nervous in the early morning so I can eat but we're usually in a hurry so I only have a cookie or something. Before my classes, I can't eat because my stomach is filled with butterflies because I'm so nervous. By the end of the day I end up having like one bottle of Gatorade, a cookie and frozen lemonade. I end up being dehydrated and I don't eat enough food.How can I over-come this?
