Horse career questions- I have to research 3 careers that I'm interested in for a class at school?

the 3 I chose were:

Equine vet, as my first and most preferred choice.

then a Farrier, as my second choice.

and a therapeutic riding instructor.

I have to find for each "how you go about getting the education needed to fulfill this dream job"

and list

Colleges (CA or WA area, preferably)

Majors

and how long you will need to attend.

a start....Bureau of Labor Statistics has info on every career, education needed, definition, etc.  There is a search engine on the website.  Good luck!
