Horse help please i know a horse in trouble

Question

ok so the new owners of mine and my friends horse have starved and neglected andclearly abused these horses can i have the cops get the horses? what should i do

im friking out and there are other horses there who are in bad health can i get my horse back?

this is what you do you call the animal control or you can go tell the owner that they need to take better care of them then maybe you can take them over and get thwem fast nursed

DONT CALL ANIMAL CONTROL. animal control is clearly meant to take animals who went hostile or aggresive and is attacking as it CLEARLY STATES IN THE NAME ANIMAL CONTROL!!!! call the a.s.p.c.a or the s.p.c.a they'll handle it properly and if you want your horse back i think  you HAVE to call them. Other wise the animal CONTROL will think the animal is hurting people and needs to be put down. trust me im an expert at horses and im a volunteer for the a.s.p.c.a. I just think its best to call the place who makes sure the animals get readopted and im sure the people there will be happy to take care of them all. Btw a.s.p.c.a takes care of the court matters so they will get the pics, go to court along with those abusers and you and im sure you'll get YOUR horse back. :)

Call Animal Controll. Animal Controll handles any animal trouble...including horses. Or you could sneak out the horse when everyone is asleep. Then carry it to the Animal Hospital. Next , could get a gruop of friends that are animal lovers. You guys can go out to the horse and sneak it out. Get as many horses as you can , and then take it or call The Animal Controll ASAP.
