  1. dressage moves. They are all pretty advanced and take a while to learn-

flying change- when a horse changes canter lead without goin back to trot- sorta looks like the horse is skipping

shoulder in- when a horse is turned diagonally (turning its shoulder in) but is moving in a straight line

half pass- when the horse moves forward and sideways at the same time

piaffe- when the horse trots on the spot

pirouette- when the horse roates 360 degrees without moving its back legs off the spot

  2. when your horse is cantering and they switch leads

    sholderin when your horse bucks

    half pass when you stop

    piaffe when your horse turns

peroett when your horse does a 360

  3. Flying change - when a horse is cantering on say the left rein, he is asked to change legs in mid air and canter on the right rein.

Shoulder in is when the horse bends around the rider's inside leg bringing his forehand (shoulders) slightly off the track but continues to move in a straight line.

Half pass is when the horse moves away from the outside leg though essentially facing the same way he was going before but moving diagonally across the school, still moving forward.

Piaffe can only be described as "trotting on the spot" with no forward movement.

Pirouette, the hind feet stay on the same spot marking time and the front end moves around them, ideally in correct rhythm.  Moving forwards or backwards during this manoeuvre is considered incorrect.

    Hope this helps.

  4. idk lol

    are you a horse rider?

well ask your trainer or something

    idk lol

  5. I know that a Piaffe is a tight 360 turn and a Pirouettte is a tight moving Piaffe.  Im sure you can find most of the others on the website the other user suggested.

    Good Luck

    xoxoxo

  6. They are dressage movements, I suggest you ask your instuctor and get a book on dressage. Some of these movements are quite difficult and i suggest you dont try them on your horse on your own if you are a novice rider.

    Good Luck

A flying change is when you change the lead leg in canter.

  7. a flying change i think is when you are going one way, cut across and go the oppisite way.

  8. flying change is when the horse changes its canter lead.

the shoulder-in marks the stage at which the horse begins his journey into collection and self-carriage when it is correctly performed.

half-pass is a lateral movement seen in dressage, in which the horse moves forward and sideways at the same time.

piaffe is when the horse trots in place, with forehand elevated and croup lowered.

pirrouette is when the forelegs of the horse describe a small circle, while the hind legs remain in place, one of them acting as a pivot.

    hope this helped :)

  9. Flying change is the change of lead in the canter.

Shoulderin is the horse being bent around your inside leg and the horses inside hind leg and outside fore leg are moving on the same line.

Halfpass is when the horse is moving forward and sideways at the same time. Both outside legs will cross over the inside legs. The horses body stays straight.

Piaffe is when the horse has an extremely collected trot that they are trotting in place or almost in place.

Pirouettes are 360 degree circles that are done almost in place.

  10. It's all terminology for professional horse riding.

    ...the way the horse moves...

  11. Flying Change- is when the rider gets the horse to change it´s leading leg in canter, without losing the canter ( it looks like the horse does a little skip)

Shoulder In- Is when the horse is ridden with it hind legs on the track and shoulders and fore legs in off the track whilst still moving forwards, (the inside hind and outside fore should be on the same line)

Half Pass- Is when the horse moves away from your leg in one direction with it body and neck bent towards the direction it is going

Piaffe- Is when the horse has so much impulsion you are able to trot on the spot, the horse will lift each leg in the trotting motion but will put it back down where it was before,

Piroet- Is can be done at a walk or canter, the horse moves its front end around the back end in a circle, so the hind legs are on a tiny circle whilst the fore legs are on a much bigger circle

    Hope this helps!
