Horse riding!!!! Weak bladder befor compeating???

Its very embarrassing I know. But do you ever wet your self a little before competing. Why does this happen to me???

its been years since I have been competeing in horse shows so I really dont remember.. but maybe if its a bad problem get one of those adult diapers things.. its probably nerves
