Horse riding arena's?

Question

im thinking about buying some land and building an arena on it. what do you think?? is it worth while building? how much dose it cost for a good size, alround arena? how long dose it take? and anymore thoughts about it.

i think it is worth it. just got an arena and i love riding in it a lot more than out in the open. Mine cost about 500 ( WITHOUT SAND. SAND IS 200 DOLLARS A TRUCK HERE AND I NEED ABOUT 3 TRUCK LOADS) and it is a pretty big one. it only took us a day to make it but we had three people work on it. it is very rewarding to have one because it will get your horse ready for a show. I  it is worth it and you can buy cheaper past and gaits to make the arena cheaper to buy
