  1. I live in the South East and they cost around £10-£30 depending on where you go, how many people you share the lesson with and how long it lasts.

If you own a horse and hire an instructor to come to your stables then it is genuinly cheaper than if you go to a riding school.

    Enjoy your lessons :)

  2. It depends on the instrutor. I pay $150 for 4 lessons in the US (CO)

  3. Horse back riding is different around the world. Including the price range.

So here is a range of prices for lessons.

    1/2 hr group: $15 to $25

    1/2 hr privite:  $20 to $40

    1 HOUR group: $20 TO $50

    1hour Privite: $30 TO $75

It is different everywhere so here is just a chart of a pice range.

    I hope this helps you!

  4. I can't say exactly, because evry place has a different price, but at the place I take lessons, it costs $40. Good luck

  5. Sorry, not sure. In the USA it runs between $20 - $85 just depends on the person teaching. $20 is just someone who has ridden horses for awhile and would like to teach what they ahve learned. $85 would be somone who has won a HUGE competition and/or trained a horse to win a HUGE competition...hope I helped.

**I am sure they go higher if someone did something really big...and you can usually buy in bulk from a lesson barn :)

  6. AM  GUSSING  $20  $30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. i live in the central south of the UK. it really depends how good the yard is, how qualified the instructor is and how long your lessons are. oh and it will also depend on if you're having group or private lessons.

my first riding school, where i took half hour group lessons cost £15.00 a session

my second riding school, a better school where i took hour long group lessons cost a session

my friends rode at a (bad) place costing £13.00 a session

if you can't really afford lessons right now, you might have to settle for riding every other week. either that or you could help out in exchange for free lessons. just make sure you find the right place for you. ring around and go to see some schools. if the horses aren't treated too well or it just isn't a good place, go somewhere else. ultimately you'll be very unhappy at any place that isn't right for you, which is what i experienced in my first school (: hope i helped

  8. Hi !

I live in Scotland but have been down to england.

These are the prices I incountered....

    1/2 group lesson: £15

    Hour grounp lesson: £20

    1  Private hour lesson: £25

    1/2 Private hour lesson: £15

    Hour Hack: £30

    Beach Ride: £60

    Lead Rein: £10

    Hill Ride: £60

The hill and beach rides you get taken away to the beach in the horsebox and car and go hacking for a couple of hours up the hills or down the beach.

I think your better getting a couple of private lessons then going onto group lessons.

    ***Good Luck!***

  9. A 1 hour group lesson costs around £18 - £20 on average.

    I'm in the West Midlands.

Look in your local Yellow Pages or Thompson Directory and call the ones closest to you and ask them.

  10. well in devon, lessons are approx £22 hour for a private lesson and £15 for a group lesson, at a decent BHS approved riding centre

  11. I live in Canada and it costs anywhere between $25-$40 for a private lesson

  12. Everywhere has their own prices... Try looking up stables in your area and calling them. They will be able to include how much lessons cost, along with what kind of lessons you will be given. And from there you can choose the best prospect!

    Good Luck!

  13. I ride in the U.S.A, every trainer is different, I've had 3 and they all charge differently, My trainer now does a package 10 lesson for $500.00. Check around at all the stables ur looking at and see how much they charge. Good luck have fun.  Happy trails

  14. It depends on how long the lesson is, if its only a half hour, make it 35$

if its an hour make it 70$, and so on! Hope this helps!
