what kind of saddle is this and what size is it thanks!

Without seeing it in the flesh it is impossible to be sure, but it looks like a synthetic or synthetic suede mix western saddle.  

Unfortunately you can't tell what size it is without knowing the make and seeing it, and seeing it on a horse.

Hi there It is an Abetta neoprene Saddle and it is used for Barrel Racing and some endurance riding. It is a light weight saddle. I can not tell the size of it you would have to measuer it from the front pommel to the back of the cantel. that would be were the horn is to the back of the seat. Hope this helps

Looks like a western gaming saddle. But to figure out the size, you'd have to measure it, it's hard to guess from pictures!
