  1. That is tough, but I would go with whichever makes you happier. If you already have your own horse,I would stick with the riding.

  2. Horse bakc riding all the way! It teaches responcibility and you have a great time with your furry friend!!!

  3. What ever you mostly love to do. I love both but you may not. Think about it. On either choice, your waisting 2,000 dollars. Maybe find something else you love. Do you like to draw? Maybe you can sighn up for a class. Or if you dont know how to draw you can take a class. Do you like to swim? Maybe join a cheaper swimming team. Do you like video games? Maybe theres a video game club. Whatever you like to do there's prolly a class for it. All im saying is, GO FOR WHAT YOU WANT! Please vote me best answer!!

  4. it's seem you like dancing a little bit more than horseback riding....so go for the dancing..and see you in hollywood 1 day....

  5. Like another answerer said, you should follow your heart. If you love horses and have a real desire to ride, chose horses. If you are more focused on getting into shape and playing a team sport, chose dance. If the decision is too hard, I use the pros and cons system. Take something like rocks or something small that you have a lot of. Put one rock=one pro in two piles, one pile for horseback riding and one pile for dance. A pro for dance would be learning a team sport where you can learn to work together with others- thats a skill you will use for life. A pro for horseback riding would be creating an ever lasting bond between horse and rider that will outlast any dance team. In the end, count the number of rocks in each pile. The one with the most pros will win. If you have an equal amount in each pile, weigh out the cons.

Think about your situation for a moment. It's unfair of your parents to make you cut out one or another. Maybe you could continue to take dance class, but go riding a half hour twice a week. Talk to your parents or instructors, and you might be able to work something out.

  6. follow your heart; the right choice is down in your heart somewhere. I know that dance is a sport where you can make a lot of close friends because on a team you all share a common bond. In the case of horseback riding, you often are turned against people when you're competing. But just reach down and reflect on the pros & cons of each, and just be prepared for ups & downs in either one.

  8. You know, there is another option...

    Equestrian Vaulting.

Basically, it's the combination of acrobatics and dance on the back of a cantering horse.

Here are a couple of sites to check out:

    www.americanvaulting.org

    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equestrian_vault...

    Good Luck with your decision!
