I love horseback riding and I really enjoy it. I have a question though for whoever is more experienced than I am. when the horse runs, I shake a lot on it, you know, jumping up and down... I was wondering if that's how it is supposed to be or I am thin that's why ... any technics you could suggest?

thanks a lot in advance

or a perfessiona for some lessons to help

  2. i think you're trying to trot. yes, you're doing something wrong, (no offence intended here.) you need to learn to stand up and sit down in the saddle in time with the horse.  i think you could benefit from a few riding lessons. once you've mastered the basics you will probably be able to learn to ride yourself.

  3. It sounds like you are trying to trot. it just takes practice. what i did when i was learning is i would hold onto the pommel (the front) of the saddle and push yourself up and down with the rythm of the horse. say up down and it will help. the more you practice the better you will get at it.
