I thought there once was a game for PC that had to do with horseracing, however I can't find it. It had to do with making your own stable and racing, etc.

Do you know what it's called?

Where can I find it?

Is there an online version of something like this?

I think you are talking about "Hooves of Thunder".

If you Google "Hooves of Thunder", I think you will find a site where you can download the game for free.
