Horses for the Olympics?

Do the horses for the Olympics have spend the same months as other animals in quarantine when they return to the UK?

i would assume no. Because the Horses were never actually near Beijing as the Equestrian events were held on Hong Kong, and so the horses never left a Quarantine zone

but im not totally sure, im just assuming
