Horsez 2 for PC and after i did dressage,cross,jumping.I still can't find Oliver!where and how do i find him?

All the doors r lock I think he is with the horses in the stables but i can't find it.I see a girl riding a horse in the goat pen but she don't talk! Can anyone help me.
