  1. I work in a hospital and they are good at wanting their money. You can set up a payment plan, but if you miss one payment they can and will turn it over to a collection agency.

  2. Hi,

I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt and improve my credit score. They managed to reduce my debt up to 58%.It's legitimate. Icame across this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

  3. Uhhh ya...duh.

Why have you not payed them??

Why would you just not pay your bill??

You expect people to pay you for for the work that you do and the services you render....right?  So...pay the hospital what you owe so the rest of the people around who actually pay their bills don't have to make up for your inability to be a responsible adult!

  4. YES!!!!! How else are they supposed to get their money?

  5. Most medical providers will only extend a 3 month payment plan.  They gave you 6 months.  If you have not paid them, they will turn you over to collection.  The collection agency will report the derogatory item to your credit file and will hound you for payment.

  6. Yes.....they can sent them to collection. But why don't you pay the  amount. I think $600 is not too much or if you are not able to pay and manage it there are hospital bill consolidation program which can help you to pay off your bills.

Here is the source of a debt consolidation company named http://ezconsolidation.com for your reference.

  7. Of course, I don't understand?  Anyone/business is allowed to put a delinquent account in collection and then eventually if it is not paid satisfy this account by sueing.  Please contact them before it goes to a collection agency to see if you can resolve this issue.  You want to minimize more problems at a later date.  Call their ombudsmens office, before you call them to tell them your dilemna, may be they can help you resolve this issue.
