Host a Blog from my mac....?

Question

I work in a company where we have limited Internet Access..

So, Hosting Websites is out of the question...

I want to set up a Blog so that i can answer questions to the people who can visit the blog and write something onto it..

So what i need is

A Blog Builder

A way of hosting it from my mac

Please help me out..

Its my project that will help me a lot......

And all this, only if it is free.......

Please someone help me..

I'm already hosting a website using iWeb and MAMP. I dont use .mac service...

But i'm unable to set up a blog like a tech forum..

Please help me out...............

You need a web host compatible with mac which provides blog tools.
