Hostels in Rome?

Can anyone recommend good hostels in Rome, Italy? Im going with anther friend and primarily looking for a great location- center of city...but also- double bed with private bathroom

sheets, linens, towels included

no curfew

I would check on venere.com, they have lots of reviews so you can read up on what previous visitors think of the place.

Frommer's Italy, ; Rick Steves' Italy, and Rick Steves' Europe through the Back Door; and DK books on Italy, Lonely Planet's Italy,.

Rick Steves as well as the others  have books on some of the major cities in Italy.I would advise you to check them out if you are going to be in a major city.

You find them at your local Barnes and Noble; Borders , and other bookstores.

I would advise to go to the bookstore and look at these book to see which one you like best. Personally, I like Rick Steves' books.
