Hosting a foreign exchange student?

I am hosting a foreign exchange student this summer from Spain. My family and I are hosting a party so that she can meet our friends. She is 16, by the way. Does anyone know any fun things we can do at the party? We are having a bonfire and food and things like that. But any other ideas such as games to play? Thanks! (:
