Question:

Hosting shopping parties to make extra money?

I am a single mom looking to earn a little more money in my off time and was thinking about maybe hosting shopping parties, like Tupperware and Pampered Chef parties. I figure it would be a fun way to feel like I have a little bit of a social life again, while at the same time bringing in a little extra income.

Can I really earn a little bit of money hosting these? And besides Tupperware and Pampered Chef, what other companies do these sorts of things? I know there are jewelry companies and lingere companies, but I don't know the names of them. Thanks!

  1. home and garden parties too. That's all I can think of. I would do pampered chef because usually you get freebies and they have some really cool stuff!

  2. I am a single mom working a full time job, too.

If you want to earn FREE items, hosting is an easy and fun way to do it!  All you have to do is invite your friends over to do a party.  To make it easier on your budget, ask your guests to bring a dish to share.  You can provide the drinks.

If you want to earn MONEY then becoming a consultant or representative with a company IS a great way to do it.

I was like you, looking for something to do to help me earn money which I could do on MY schedule and not in a corporate setting.

I chose a company which had a large shoppers demographic.   This would make it easier for me to plan and conduct parties.

I also chose a company which pays a good amount of commission AND has a fast track plan of moving up.

I started in May and by June I was a Manager (paying a commission off everyone's sales) and by August I was a Star Manager (making even more).

Right now I am working on Star Manager with car cash.

Tupperware is easy! They even give you a website to sell online.

So, yes you can make money working in your own at home party business.

Other companies include s*x toys (Passion Party, Brown Bag...), Makeup (Beauticontrol, Mary Kay, Avon...), candles (Gold Canyon, Scentcy), home decorating and so many more.

The question to ask yourself is what do YOU like?  Whatever YOU are  passionate about will be what you will be successful doing!

If you want to talk to a variety of representatives from several companies, shoot me a message.  As the Organizer of the largest Moms/Playgroups in the area I know quite a few!!!

We are also a Military town (Ft. Benning). Tupperware is International and fits the lifestyle and pocketbook of the military family.  You can carry the business with you everywhere you go.  It pretty much sells itself.

If you have more questions, just ask!  I'll be happy to help a best as I can!!

  3. Click the link and see if this will work for you. Lots of legit and good work at home opportunities out there but also a ton of scams, so be careful. Good Luck.
