  1. It's possible,or they might wait for Yahoo's stock price to drop

    some more,so management will be more receptive to a bid.

    A lot of people think it's unlikely they'll wait,though,Microsoft is

    eager to acquire Yahoo so they can challenge Google.

    It's all about who has the biggest share of the market.
