  1. This recipe is for a big batch and it tastes great.

    1-8 oz can cocoa powder

1-16 ounce jar of non dairy creamer powder.(can use the flavored if you want to.

    4 1/2 cups of sugar

    1 cup powdered sugar

    2 tsp. salt.

3 quarts of dry milk powder.

put all in a large bowl and mix gently till well blended.

You can add a vanilla bean chopped up for a nice vanilla flavor.

We made this recipe when my kids were little so we always had hot chocolate mix ready for those snowy sledding days.

  2. Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate

1 − 16 oz. box of non fat dry milk

    1 Cup Sugar

    3/4 Cup cocoa

Sift all ingredients together three times. Store this mixture in a

tightly sealed container in a cool place. When ready to use,

you can add a couple of heaping tablespoons to hot water.

    Sprinkle miniature marshmallows on top.

  3. 3/4 cup powdered milk

    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    3/4 cup sugar

    1/2 cup cocoa powder

    4 ounces bittersweet chocolate

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Take the bittersweet chocolate and roughly chop it up to give a chunky but consistent size. Mix well with a wooden spoon and then store in a dry airtight container.
