Hot Dog On A Stick Lemon Question...?

When I came to the states, I noticed that Hot Dog On A Stick is EVERYWHERE. It is great, I was wondering, they always have those lemons on display. Are those free for a customer to help themselves to? Just wondering.

No, they are not there for the customers to take.  How do I know?  I called them and asked. The girl who answered replied, "They are for the customers to take, they are not free, just for display so our store does not look so empty."  So there you have it.  Just jack one.
