Hot Ice Problem (Sodium Acetate)?

Question

Ive tried it like 5 times and its not working its pissing me off.

I bought sodium acetate off the internet.

I heated water until near boiling level.

Ive added quite a bit to the water.

Let it cool

Its not working when i touch it.

arg any suggestions?

you have to keep on adding sodium acetate till you cannot dissolve anymore.
