Hot refrigerator. The exterior of our refrigerator is hot on the top and both sides. The inside

The exterior of our refrigerator is hot on the top and both sides. The inside is still cold and the freezer is still keeping things frozen. We removed the dust from the coils but that didn't help. Any ideas?
