  1. well don't eat it

  2. Here's what i found for ya!  Although I don't understand the desire to eat a hot sauce that is insanely hot, I know many people who do...

The reason for the love of hot sauce and many more, is a chemical in the pepper called Capsaicin; deriving from the group of compounds called capsaicinoids and is located in the white veins of the pepper, holding the seeds. At first contact with your mouth, capsaicin reacts with your bodys’ nerves and irritates what is known as, trigeminal cells. When your nerves and taste buds feel the pain caused by these cells, your brain receives the message and you may feel the burn, pressure, and temperature. Soon enough, your brain releases endorphins – don’t worry, at first you may believe this term is startling, when in reality it lowers blood pressure and it has been known to help fight against cancer. One may also recognize this term in the field of exercising and known as “runner’s high” – the release caused by pain and therefore, in peppers. Your body starts to be less in control with your heart rate increasing, leading to the increase of a cooling sensation in the mouth, and your body starts to sweat by the moisture evaporating and heat pulling away from the body

    Good Question by the way!
