Hot to make a call from india to vietnam?

i want to make a call to vietnam and im currently in india (mumbai)....i hv the number as well....but when i call on it.....it gives me an error as unassigned number...cn anyone help me with that ...does anyone have an idea about how to make a call to vietnam ????

Well, why don't you try to use long distance calling card?

well like england if you dial to england you have to ad +1

so yeah idk about india check online

For example,if the Vietnam number you are trying to dial is 085 123 456 you would dial  0084  85 123 456. Hope this is clear for you,you must dial 0084 and then miss out the zero,then dial the rest of the number.

If you are calling a cell phone 09xxxxxx, drop the 0

Try skype - if you both have DSL, it is an excellent option. i used to call friends in the US, Finland, AU and elsewhere from Ha Noi, and the connection was usually excellent.
