Hot topic hair dye application?????

Okay, so I have a box with hot pink hair dye and a comb. I know I have to apply it to wet hair, but d I put the dye on the comb and comb it into my hair or the dye on my hair and comb it with the comb. It didn't come with the instructions????!!!!!

either, but first if you don't have blond hair you should bleach it first. as for the dye,  I suggest putting it on your hair, rubbing it in and then combing it through to make sure it's even
