Hot water radiators vs. hydronic baseboard(hot water)?

do you think it's a good idea to switch from cast radiators to hydronic baseboards;which are the most efficient

i would absolutely not switch to  hot water baseboard  , cast iron radiators are more efficent , they may initially take more energy to heat up , but once the heating season is  fully here they hold their heat long wich means the run alot less . Lots of mass  is very comfortable heat  . Don't forget all the labor for the switch over to baseboard . a informative link below , go on the forum ask the experts , men and women that work in the trade  .  . i have been working for a plumbing and heating contractor for nearly 15 years but these guys live and breath the stuff .Good luck
