Hotel Beach Club - Costa De Sol?

Question

Hi, Can you tell me if this hotel has a fridge or cooker in the room. If not can you rent any of them out. Thanks.

Hi, I've seen your other similar question referring to a hotel in Fuengirola.   I'm afraid you will not find cookers or fridges in the rooms of hotels, especially when most of the guests are either half board or all inclusive.   I do know of hotels that hire out fridges for around 5 or 6 euros a day, but there is no information available that either the Gardenia Park or the Beach Club do.

If, as it appears, you wish to cater for yourselves on holiday, why not book an apartment and flights separately.   I've been doing this for many years on the Costa del Sol, and made great savings.   And once you see the variety of restaurants and the very reasonable prices, I'll be surprised if you actually use any cooking facilities, apart from the kettle.

Addition.   I have just remembered about 5 years ago, I stayed at the Sol Aloha Puerto, a 4 star hotel, in Torremolinos just on the Benalmadena border and right by Benalmadena Marina.   I had a private apartment within the hotel, which is strange, and of course therefore had a fully equiped kitchen.   I think at one time this may have been an apartment block which was purchased by the Sol hotel chain, but with some owners deciding not to sell.    Although not the one I stayed in, I have provided a link to owners of private apartments there.

hi ive been to beach club and they dont have cookers or fridges. you can rent a fridge but not the cooker, if it to heat up baby food, im sure that the staff will do it for you, it really is a great hotel and the food there is lovely

NO hotels in Spain have cookers, fire hazard and all that!

Best to book an apartment if you want cookers and fridges, and if you need more catering equipment book a villa, is there any particular reason you want all this??? you will be on holiday I pressume?

If you need a fridge to chill drugs or medication it will still be best to rent an apartment................

Most 4 star (and some 3 star) hotels have a mini-bar in the room. (This is a small fridge with a few cold drinks). As to the cooker... No you won't find any hotel with a cooker, and if you brought your own, you would probably be asked to leave, as no cooking is allowed in the rooms..

However there are many "aparthotels", these always have a kitchenette. Usually small but quite complete. There are many on the Costa del Sol... For example:

Sunset Beach, in Benalmádena Costa,

Atlantic Club, in Sitio de Calahonda, Mijas-Costa,

Torrenueva Park, in Mijas-Costa
