Any recommendations for fantastic hotel dinner?

Equinox @ Swissotel Stamford for the ambiance and views

Raffles' Bar and Billard Room for the buffet and service (don't forget the outside BBQ seafood!)

Grand Shanghai for Shanghainese-chinese cuisine (look for the ladies dressed in black jackets for great service)

Chatterbox @ Meritus Mandarin for the chicken rice or the lobter laksa (omg i'm salivating)

Novena Ville Wee Nam Kee for real authentic and yummy chicken rice ala alfresco style

It all depends on your budget and taste. You may want to try the following:

-Japanese food: King's hotel or New Park Hotel

- International buffet: Orchard Hotel or Plaza Hotel

- Dim Sum buffet: Tea House @ China Square or Min Jiang @ Goodwood Park Hotel
